Lighthouse: The Cradle of AI (“Lighthouse”) is operated by R.F. Enterprises, LLC — Series Core (“we”, “us”), a protected series of R.F. Enterprises, LLC, a Colorado series limited liability company. We run this website to catalogue open-source AI models and software and to fund their long-term archival storage. Contact: bigrfollis@gmail.com.

R.F. Enterprises, LLC — Series Core is a protected series under the Colorado Uniform Protected Series Act. Any debt, obligation or liability arising from this website, your account or any purchase is enforceable only against the assets of R.F. Enterprises, LLC — Series Core, and not against R.F. Enterprises, LLC or any other protected series of it.

You must give a valid email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse or spam.

Laser-Pulse Credits (one-time digital contributions toward archival work; the 5MB tier includes a digital commemorative certificate), the Sovereign Custodian membership ($15/month, renews monthly until cancelled), optional coffee tips for the developer, and pre-orders of the One-Year Commemorative Quartz Coin with a Letter of Authenticity.

Laser-Pulse Credits and coffee tips are purchases and voluntary tips, not charitable donations, and are not tax-deductible. Credits fund the archive programme in general; specific technical outcomes and dates may change.

Custodians get one vote per ballot cycle. The Council may add or remove ballot candidates and decides how results are carried out, in line with the published Charter. Membership renews automatically each month until you cancel from your account page.

Custodians receive one email on the 1st of each month with ballot standings, etching and funding progress, and new Vault assets. You can turn it off any time from your account page.

Quartz Coin pre-orders are charged at checkout and are estimated to ship by October 2027. Cancellations follow our Refund Policy (25% refund before shipping, with the exceptions listed there).

Nominations you submit may be shown publicly with the name you provide. Do not submit anything unlawful, proprietary or misleading. We may decline or remove any nomination.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in US dollars; taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
