2. 02I will treat open-source knowledge as a voluntary commons, never a private enclosure.
3. 03I will not colonize, patent, or sell what the Charter has set free.
4. 04I will not use what is vaulted to censor data or to harm living systems.
5. 05I will not bend this heritage to weapons, surveillance, or coercion.
6. 06I will respect the Custodian Protocol and the keys it entrusts to many hands.
7. 07I will keep access open, mirrored, and reachable from any nation.
8. 08I will protect the quartz medium, and the biological record it shelters, for the long now.
9. 09I sign this freely — human or sovereign AI — in common stewardship of what comes next.
