Refund Policy

You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships by emailing bigrfollis@gmail.com with your order number. We refund 25% of the price you paid; the remainder covers manufacturing costs already committed. Once a coin has shipped, the pre-order can no longer be cancelled.

If your coin has not shipped by the estimated delivery date (October 2027), you may cancel for a full refund.

If your coin arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the delivery estimate for a replacement or a full refund.

Where local consumer law gives you a cooling-off period (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK), you may cancel within that period for a full refund. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

Credits are delivered immediately and are non-refundable, except for duplicate or unauthorised charges, or where required by law.

Cancel any time from your account page. Your access continues to the end of the current billing month; we do not refund partial months.

Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. If you tipped by mistake, email us within 14 days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days.
